Chi sono
Fotografo dal 1987, l'amore per la fotografia è nato in una notte di luglio durante un avventuroso hike accampati sulla vetta del monte Penna a fotografare le stelle; da li ho comprato la mia prima reflex che è stata una Fujica STX 2 completamente manuale. Nel 2001 ho acquistato la prima macchina con autofocus, una Canon EOS 300 sostituita nel 2006 da un Canon EOS 33. Sempre nel 2006 passo definitivamente al digitale (da allora non ho più scattato una foto con macchina analogica) acquistando una Canon 400D. Da poco ho sostituito la 400D con una "pretenziosa" Canon EOS 7D, speriamo di non fare brutta figura ;).
L'altra mia grande passione è per il mondo dei motori, F1 e rally in particolare e a quel punto è diventato naturale associare questa passione con la fotografia.
Chiudo dedicando questo sito al vero grande amore della mia vita ... quella "rompi palle" di mia moglie con cui ho effettuato tutti i viaggi qui documentati.

Photographer since 1987, my love for photography was born in a July night during an adventurous hike camped on Mount Penna peak taking pictures of the stars. Then I bought my first reflex, a fully manual Fujica STX 2. In 2001 I purchased my first camera equipped with autofocus, a Canon EOS 300 I replaced in 2006 with a Canon EOS 33. In 2006 I definitively changed to digital purchasing a Canon 400D - I have no longer taken a picture with an analog camera since that moment. I recently replaced my 400D with a “flaunty” Canon EOS 7D…. I hope not to make a poor showing!
The motoring world, especially F1 and rallies, is my other big love. It was easy to put it together with photography.
Last but not least, I would like to dedicate this website to the real love of my life…. to that “bother” of my wife, that followed me in all the journeys here presented.
